Motel Policies:
- All rates are based on
double occupancy.
- $10 for each additional
person over 12.
- All rates are subject
to 9% VT Meals and Rooms Tax. Extended stay rates are negotiable
when available.
- Check-in time is 4:00
p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- We run a non smoking
motel which complies with Vermont State Law. Smoking in the rooms
requires us to do additional cleaning after a smoker leaves. Violation
of our smoking policy will result in a $100 surcharge to be charged
against your credit card. If you smoke in the room we must spend
extra time and money ridding the room of the presence of the tobacco
smoke for the next guest. This charge is non-negotiable.
- We welcome your dog provided
you let us know in advance. You must take your pet with you when
you leave the property and you are responsible for "poop
patrol.
- We require fourteen day
notice In the event of a cancellation during holiday* time or
you will be charged for one days stay. You will not be charged
if the room is re-rented. The rest of the year requires a three
day notification or you will be charged.
